Can you believe that 2015 is already over? I’m here with a cliche thank you post. Please don’t mind how cheesy I will get!

THANK YOU

Every new year, it is good to sit down and put things into perspective. Watch your life from the outside and see where you came from and where you are going.

On May 4th of 2015, this space was born. I started this blog, bored and wanting to travel and as months rolled by, my priorities changed and my main goal  turned to inspiring others to travel be it by my travels or that of others. (Thus the birth of People Go Places).

28 posts (now 29) later I’m here to say thank you! This year came with it’s amazing experiences and it’s just the beginning.

A sincere Thank You to everyone who took a minute to read a post (you could have done anything else with your time but you chose to click here). A big thank you to my friends and family who i’m sure are the bulk of my readers :D. Finally, Thank you to my fellow bloggers who I constantly learn from. Your content is inspiring.

This year was a year of firsts and amazing experiences with amazing people. I’m still in shock that Zanzibar happened! 😀

I truly hope I have inspired at least one person to go somewhere new.

2016

I’m not sure what 2016 has in store for this little blog and traveler but i’m excited to see.

As for my traveling and blogging goals for the coming year, well, I will share some here in order to keep me in check 😀 If you see me failing, please slap me back to reality!

  1. Be more consistent
In the month of Nov-Dec, sadly, I have not been consistent in posting and starting from tomorrow expect a post nearly every Sunday or every fortnight.
  2. Have at least a video every 3 months
I have so many videos I have taken but i’m too lazy to edit. I will edit and post them.
  3. Buy a camera
My friends Michelle and Fiona (Thank you!) have been gracious enough to lend me their cameras but I think it’s time I got my own. This needs to be fulfilled next year!
  4. Travel more
This goal i’m not really sure how i’ll accomplish but someway somehow I MUST! I hope we  fulfill our travel goals together!

See you next year and let’s travel, Shall we?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
